1. By registering on this website for One Time Registration, registered user agrees to abide by the usage of this website, set by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.

2. Registered user shall furnish correct information only and if any time, it is found that wrong information has been provided, he/she is liable to be debarred from applying in any of the future examinations of the Commission.

3. He/she shall upload his/her own photo in the prescribed format.

4. He/she shall upload his/her own degree and certificates required as qualifying documents for various examinations. If it is found during the verification process that wrong information appears in uploaded documents and web-forms, he/she may be liable to be debarred from future examinations.

5. He/she shall try to apply well before the last date of the applying, to avoid rush on the website.

6. He/she shall not try to double register on the website. Any such registration may debar him/her from future examinations.

7. If the website is found to be having some technical issue at any point of time, neither the Commission nor the Developer or hosting service provider shall be liable. However, the Commission shall try to provide equal and fair opportunity to all applicants in such cases.
