  1. By registering on this website for One Time Registration, I agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the usage of this website, set by the Commission (HP Public Service Commission).
  2. I shall furnish correct information only and if any time, it is found that wrong information has been provided by me, I am liable to be debarred from applying in any of the future examinations of the Commission.
  3. I shall upload my own photo in the prescribed format.
  4. I shall upload my own Degree and Certificates required as qualifying documents for various examinations. If it is found during the verification process that wrong information appears in uploaded documents and web-forms, I am liable to be debarred from future examinations.
  5. I shall try to apply well before the last date of the applying, to avoid rush on the website.
  6. I shall not try to double register on the website. Any such registration will debar me from future examinations.
  7. If the website is found to be having some technical issue at any point of time, neither the Commission nor the Developer or hosting service provider shall be liable. However, the Commission shall try to provide equal and fair opportunity to all applicants in such cases.
For new registration, candidate must have his/her e-mail-id (only unique e-mail-id will be used for registration and to be used as User-ID) and should have mobile number.
Your password must satisfy the following :
Password must be 8 to 15 character long.
Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet.
Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet.
Password must have at least one numeric value.
Password must have at least one special character. Special characters allowed !$#@
